The society was formed in 1986 consisting of two wings, A and B, 15 stories, each. The area of the plot is approximately 5600 m² There are 60 flats in each wing comprising of two flats of 1BHK and two flats of 2BHK on each floor. We are 78 members consisting of 5 corporate’s and 73 individuals, it is cosmopolitan. The society has a large number of parking and 24 hours of water.
The Society is managed, by six managing committee members, and three office bearers, the committee is well supported by two expert directors and two functional directors.

The society has two gardens, one in the east side and the other on the west a natural charm. The children enjoy their after school and weekends on the play equipments, also playing cricket, football, and other sports. Parents, guardians, and others residing use the garden pathway for their morning/evening strolls/exercise.
Celebrating Independence and Republic Day, along with Sports Day, Navratri and New Year with fanfare.
